So I ordered Nashville hot which is supposed to come with fries, I did get an extra fry that I paid for but didn’t get another fry. The workers while going through the drive through were no help and got mad at me for asking for honey… I know that they decided that they would just not give me the fries but it’s whatever hope I can get a cuepon or something to get a free fry seeing how I paid for it and didn’t even get it… I know that if I was a brand new customer I wouldn’t come back but I like kfc.

I had ordered a bucket but when I got my food there was hair in it, I called to let them know but the lady manager was rude and claimed the cook and other manager were bald and she was the only one there with hair but “she wasn’t on the line” look at this and how disgusting this is, I wouldn’t be posting this if she hadnt been so rude with me but people deserve to know

Had a rude person at the window. Tried to ask 3 times for jelly, he shut the window each time as I was asking. When finally got his attention was given rude looks and service. Got mashed potatoes with no gravy and fries that I didn't order which makes me think I was charged extra for the gravy less potatoes but can't check because I wasn't given a receipt. Sucks that the only other one open is clear across town!

This location is one of the best in Sioux Falls. Order is right, biscuits are soft, order is fresh.
DO NOT GO TO 10TH ST KFC UNLESS YOU EAT GARBAGE

We got home and there was food missing. I called them and they said I could drive all the way back over or they would "write me in a book". Yet they kept my money. Guess we know how KFC is making there money🤦♀️

$32 for 8 chicken straps and 2 sides. Had to confirm the price at the driveup window. Told them no thankyou and left. They are way to over priced.

I hate to give a bad review but we did not get the food we ordered. I ordered the new chicken sandwich and got the little snack sandwich. Paid for the big one. They also forgot the barbecue sauce. No napkins. Sorry.🥺

Poor Customer Service. They make me feel like I'm an imposition to be ordering there, including the Manager. Won't be going back to this location.
