Ordered the seafood soup. it came with 3 tiny shrimp and a whole bunch of this fake crab stuff that screams low quality and cheap. After I took out all the highly processed Frankenstein mystery meat there was pretty much nothing but water left in the bowl. Very disappointed.

I recently moved to the part of town where Sai Gon Panda is located. I always am game to try a new Chinese restaurant, so we called in a to go order. (They don’t have delivery.) Not every place has black pepper chicken, so I definitely wanted to try it. This was excellent! We ordered black pepper chicken, chicken lo mein, and sesame chicken. All was very good. The chicken was big chunks of meat and wasn’t mainly breading. The fried rice was plentiful and good, but the entrées was better. I definitely will order from here again. It was comparably priced to similar restaurants, if not slightly cheaper.
