Always enjoy the chicken rendang(?). Beef rendang is good as well. Their popiah/kway pie tee is slightly sweeter and has a strong garlic taste.
Overall great nonya food, albeit a bit pricey.

I’ve been coming here since I was young. The pohpiah spring roll is to die for, it’s chunky and slightly wet and the taste is amazing. The nasi Padang style food is also exceptional, the portions are large and the spices are not used sparingly. A must visit.

A wide array of cooked Peranakan dishes, cakes and cookies, including nyonya rice dumplings. The lemak laksa is popular but I gave it a missed as there were no cockles! They also served mee siam, mee rebus, nasi lemak and poh piah. The poh piah was generous but a tat too moist. Hence it is better to eat it straightaway otherwise it will be soggy. If you have a craving for Peranakan food, give this place a shot.

The big sign outside says Glory Catering, but this Nasi Padang eatery has been there as Long as I can remember. A place to come for good authentic nasi Padang. The only set back was this time round, the food dishes were cold. Nonetheless the dishes were flavourful especially the two varieties of chicken curry. Besides rice dishes, noodles dishes like mee siam, mee rubus are also available. I put in a photo of empty plates to show how good the food was.

Sad to learn that it is Glory Catering's last day of operations for the restaurant today, upon announcement of their retirement. Best popiah ever in Singapore! 31-08-2019.

Dining: good but expensive nasi padang. $4.60 for 3 vegetable items with rice! Didn't even add meat.
However, still one of the best kueh kueh places and the make great pineapple tarts.

If you are looking for Nonya food in Singapore, you MUST check out this place before going to any of the fancy Nonya restaurant. This is the best at a low price.

Some quality dishes but way overpriced. Pop in for quick bite and had shock: An assam fish and peanuts with rice $8. Price just gets pricier. The fish itself is $6. #overpriced
