ordered Truffle Fries without cheese and it came with cheese. honestly wouldn’t mind buying another set but the lady who served was so unfriendly and rude with her response being “truffle fries… is truffle and cheese?” But no where in the menu said cheese any way???! And every other place I’ve ever been to have always been able to separate the cheese. They could have been nicer about it.

Used to be a place with good food, drinks and service but not anymore. It appears that the management has changed and service level was getting from bad to worse. Today’s experience takes the cake - I ordered a pint of Kronenbourg but was served a pint of Connor’s. Instead of correcting the wrong beer order, the service staff claimed that they had ran out of Kronenbourg but we caught him serving another table two pints of Kronenbourg soon after. He claimed that he didn’t know they were opening a new keg but refused to change my drink order anyway. Bad service is one thing, but a dishonest business is another - definitely not going back in the foreseeable future.

The burgers used to be fantastic. I’ve been going for a few years now. The menu has been quite consistent, but I think the quality went down a bit. Not saying it’s bad. Burgers are my comfort food, and these are still good. I still like the place because the staff are always fantastic. Plus if it’s not too busy, it’s a great place to hang after food and have drinks. Keep it going guys!
