This place has replaced a rather quiet jap restaurant and has liven up the place. Great! The open space seating has also replaced the Mediterranean restaurant too.

The food is normal but the service is horrid. You can see the empty trays on the table and the woman behind the counter is very rude. Table service not fast too. Do not recommend.

Worse experience I ever had. Only wanted to get an ice cream and there were no queue so I tot it would be a quick one. However, There’s so many staff at the counter (about 4-5) and none of them want to take the order... avoiding eye contact and ignoring my presence. I don’t even know what are the staff for? Just walking around the counter and no one were at the counter directly to take order? If I could give zero star this review will be a ZERO STAR. the service is too slow and Long. I am a regular to Shaw plaza MAC and today’s experience disappointed me a lot. The situation happened at around 7pm-7:20pm Sunday 23 June 2019
