Kemono

Ordered the 'buy 4 free 1 pie' combo n basically tried all flavours except for Hokkaido truffle prawn n scallop (oos). The pies arrived warm n within expected time range. Taste wise, they were flavourful but not overly salty. Fillings were generous. Loved the bite-sized chunks of meat n mushrooms. My last favourite pie was Tokyo triple cheese beef bc the sliced cheese atop the pie barely had any cheese taste n certainly did nothing to enhance the overall taste of the pie. As compared to the other beef pies on their menu, this pie was the most underwhelming. Another thing is their boiled eggs. The yolks had a rubbery texture upon chewing n I'm not sure of the reason. Either they remove the eggs or improve the texture bc the rubbery feel kind of affects the pie-eating experience.

I have a chance to try Kemono chicken and pie after my "not so nice" experience during the CNY 2nd day. This time round, the Chicken is fresh and meat is tender. Both Chicken Pie and Seafood Pie are both very Good. Kemono really takes Customer feedback seriously and make an effort to correct it.. Good Job 👍

Sometime back, we craved roasted chicken and started surfing online for veritable options. Strange, but at that moment, something popped up from my FB page, and this place appeared. I looked at the price, and it seemed reasonable for organic fowl, so a few clicks later, and we had a full chicken and 2 pies to boot for dinner. The chicken stole the show for us. I dunno how they do it, but the meat was moist, whilst the skin is succulent crispy, with saltine flavours reminiscent of French butter, but it wasn't oily. The marinating went thoroughly into every part of the chicken and did I mention it was so tender, the parts ripped right off with a gentle tug. We made short work of this meal, and it was burpy good! Next time we have anymore chicken cravings, I know where to start looking:)

Kemono, my favorite roasted chicken After our recent order from Kemono, we received the delivery in nice packaging. The chicken was pipping hot with irresistible fragrant aroma. Great taste and healthier choice as roasted chicken has lesser oil content compared to typical fried chicken. Their assorted pies are equally delicious too. Recommended and hope to order more in future.

The taste of this chicken is a lightly seasoned taste which may not be for everyone but it suits me perfectly. For those who want a stronger taste you can try their sauces which have many choices. The other thing worth noting is the chicken comes hot and skin is crispy even though it took about an hour for the delivery which i can understand since i live far from their kitchen. Will order again.
