Tried their ramadan special menu, the tiger prawn mee goreng was pretty tasty and nice.
The other thai pasta is not that good though as it tasted pretty blend.
Cleanliness needs to be improved. The glass wall inside the restaurant have bits of food on it and there are insects crawing around.
Service is good though with attentive staff.

Complimentary lunch from Great Eastern. Crispy cornflakes chicken quite nice with nice thick cut of meat.

Come if you do not mind from the entrance till your meal finishes the staffs attitude sucks.
Managed to get 1 star because that's the lowest available.
The food is still alright, almost the same at every swensen's outlet.
Fyi, we didn't request for any special instructions whereby they are unable to cope with it.
Timing: Sat around 5pm.
Returning? Hell No

15min do nth. After waiting for 20mins then only start doing my order. Problematic place. Never key in order when I showed them already. Delivery riders take at your own risk.

When you go to swensens you know the waiting time is going to be long. In the queue, waiting for food, service. The food is always consistent though that’s one good thing about this place. You’ll never be disappointed after you eat here.

Food was good however the people there felt as if they were forced to work, rude and lifeless (especially Sham).
EDIT: Came here again on May 28 and the staff Michelle was very friendly and helpful, thank you ❤️

overall pleasant experience. just need a little bit of attention to details... like clearing the plates for our coffee and ice cream. nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves.
