I'm a fairly patient person and I'm understanding of the worker shortage, but the service I received tonight at the drive-thru was by far the worst service I've ever received at any drive-thru. There was literally one car in front of me that had already placed their order when I pulled up. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for the person to take my order. I then waited at least 15 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order, which appeared to be small because it consisted of one small bag and one drink. I pulled forward and watched 3 people behind the counter wait on a handful of people coming through the door. No one ever acknowledged I was waiting nor made any attempt to make my order. I waited at least 20 minutes at the window and finally blew my horn and I waived goodbye. What in the heck were they doing? The answer is little to nothing!

No line but was asked to wait to place my order. No deli mustard. Asked for mayo, never found it. Asked for it to be toasted, it was not.

This is my 3rd and last time going to this one. Each time they skimp on the toppings but tonight takes the cake.
I asked for Provolone on my veggie sub and when I came home I had to remove all the veggies on the sandwich to even find the cheese. I was given a tiny piece on one side of the sandwich. I ordered a separate meat sub and thought the meat was the cheese it was paper thin. When I called and let them know that I wasn't happy, they argued with me. Don't waste your time here.

I ordered a steak and cheese without peppers. Assuming that it would be grilled. It was cold, nothing had been grilled or heated.
Thia is the 2nd time my order has been Unsatisfactory. I will not go back!

I used to like this subway until what I experienced today on my lunch break I work locally in the area and I would visit this subway frequently and use the same debit card for my purchases .. I ordered a 6inch turkey sub combo when I got to the window I was handed my drink and chips as I handed over my debit card my card was ran 3 times without my knowledge or approval the 1st lady came to the window and asked if I had cash and I told her no she stated that my card didnt go through after they ran my card 3 times and I pulled up the deduductions showing that they did when the 2nd lady came to the window she stated that it didnt show on their end that the transaction was approved and her register didnt give a receipt she also stated another customer in the store had the same issue so she gave me the sub and made the comment that she was giving me a free sub after they charged my prepaid debit card three times. I feel that it was highly unprofessional for her to handle the situation the way she did I never spoke with a manager while I was waiting for my card about my meal and the transactions this place lacks customer service

I came inside for a To-Go order and Hannah was the only one working. She must have been frustrated because she lacked any customer service skills during the beginning of our interaction. No smiles, not very nice, almost snappy responses. I tried to joke around with her because she looked a little overwhelmed and towards the end I got her to crack a few smiles and she apologized for the wait and told me to have a great day. She obviously needs some help, I understand why she wasn’t the friendliest. I doubt I would be in a great mood running the front and the drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon at a busy subway. Get this girl some help.

Horrible. Stopped in at lunch and out of 5 workers, one helped me with a salad and 4 subs. Amongst the one who helped and one other who looked on, they both continued to either make fun of another employee, or myself. I kept repeating myself over and over as I would tell the lady my toppings and she would cut up with her coworker and say, "what was that?" I asked for cookies, ANY cookies, and none had been made.. and this is during lunch time!! I believe a manager was there with her workers as she was instructing others what to do, never even acknowledged I was there or asked how I was doing. Save your time and your money, go somewhere else.

No one acknowledged me being there. The person in front of me was having their sandwich made. When they were done the person behind the counter printed off a bunch of orders and started working on them. Still no acknowledgement. I turned around and went to Jersey Mikes . Terrible service.
