Cracker Barrel

So I’ve never eaten here but have always heard amazing things. I googled what to get and said ok let’s go. You walk in and it looks amazing. I walk in and it’s not really busy I take my seat and wait. I see a waiter who I assume is mine kneeling at the table next to me. He’s talking to an elderly couple who are sat there. So I find what I want on the menu and I continue to sit and wait but he just keeps conversing. Another gentleman walks in and is greeted by his waiter, takes a seat and has a drink and biscuits on the table, meanwhile I’m still waiting on my waiter. Finally he comes over asks me what I would like to drink and if I wanted corn bread or biscuits. I say biscuits and a coke. The coke comes out and I place my order. After 35 minutes of sitting I decided to walk out of a 3/4 empty restaurant. I can see why there were so many elderly people in the establishment they probably aged whilst waiting for their food. First time and last. Didn’t even get to try the biscuits or that chicken fried steak. Update: well I came back the following day. Luckily I was in Valeries section as she was amazing at her job. Overall the food is mediocre, you can find this anywhere and with more flavor. I was disappointed that my peach cobbler came out the same temperature as my ice cream. I asked to have it remade and my cobbler was just thrown in a microwave with the ice cream on top. So when I got it back it was just ice cream soup. Guess I won’t be back. Cracker Barrel has pretty much always been a really good place to eat. Which is interesting because generally I am not a fan of "southern" style cooking. The customer service is always really good, which is one of the best things about the establishment. Also, for what you pay, you get a good amount of good quality food. As quality as you get from a place like this, anyways. Some people may say that this place is over priced, and while it isn't "cheap" per say, it is priced fairly, in my opinion. This is becoming more of a relevant statement due to price hikes in the fast food industry. Where you might pay ten dollars at a fast food restaurant for, well, fast food, you pay ten dollars here and get a lot of good quality food. Overall this place deserves the 5 stars and I would highly recommend it.

Well Folks I have always ❤️Cracker Barrel but this one is Not up to par for the Franchise.Hardly anyone else was there and still had to wait 15 minutes.Well when we were seated I understood why.Several tables were still not cleaned up and only one person was actually there for that duty.So I asked for some Cornbread muffins lol never got those either ✅😂 I remember when those were the first thing they brought you.Welcome to 2021👍👌😷Food was Good but Service and cleaning need HELP 🆘🤔

It was just okay for this visit. The waitress was somewhat upset that she was getting me and my three kids instead of a larger party. We didn't get any refills the entire dinner and were not really serviced at all. Unfortunate behavior as I am a retail manager and pride myself in great customer service to all my guests. I can easily tip what I like, but judging anyone at face value will never get you anywhere in the service industry. The food was good as always. Just a home cooked meal at a good price.

This place is one of my go-to places for breakfast and/or brunch. The service is always good the food is always good. The seasonal iced teas are one of my favorite things, and the pancakes are fantastic (I'm prefer waffles so this says a lot). The waiting could be a problem on the weekends but if you reserve a table online you'll be good by the time you get there.

Food was cold. Meatloaf top was burnt and no flavor. Turnip greens were cold. Had to ask for bread to be brought to the table. Waitress did not seem like she was interested in serving us. Chicken Fried steak was hard from being overcooked along with the chicken and dumplings. Have never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel till tonight. I will not return to this location again

This Cracker Barrel is an excellent location to enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner. The service for the entire meal was top notch. Each of the family had different entrées and they were all served hot and as ordered. Drink refills float freely with no issues. The restaurant is extremely clean and well-maintained.
