Food is amazing but service sucks... It's the second time in the past 30 days my order was wrong.... Come on I ordered 2 breasts, and I only got one! $8 something for 1 breast.....

Somehow they beat KFC just because KFC stopped seasoning their chicken like they used too. At least it feels that way.
Personally I like Popeyes because of their Options and their actually crispy chicken.

Went in for the $25 (4 sandwich and tenders with a side special I saw on a TV commercial,) they had no idea what I was talking about. The girl at the register said " I don't have a button for that"... seriously??? Anyway the teens loved the sandwiches and tenders I bought separately...
But really I feel like the company could have done better.

We went to the Simi Valley Popeye's and ordered the Bigger Box which is supposed to include 2 pies. They wouldn't give us the pies. They said they weren't doing the pies. So I asked for a discount and they laughed. I won't be returning there.

When it comes to fried chicken, Popeyes always hits the spot. With this location specifically, there are quite a lot more pros than cons.
In regards to service, the employees are kind and quick every time I come. Food is always great and the sides are always delicious as well.
The big great thing is how the offers are always on point especially when you save a few bucks for the 3 piece tender combo.

Employees refuse to enforce restaurant's own mask rule. I've lived in Simi Valley for over 30 years and loved going here, but this is the last I'll go until they follow their rules.
