Rachel is a delight. I am actually running late this morning, but it was worth the wait to write the review. She was very efficient and great customer service. Acknowledged guests needs although it looked like she was multi tasking with drive thru as well. She was extremely personable and GENUINE. A true customer service diamond.

Went with my grandbabia and she orders like an adult. Love it. The people that work there are so cheerful and happy.
Very fast getting in and out of the drive through.

Entered lobby at 858pm to place order (4/17/22). Shift leads yells out lobby is closed. I said ok, I was taking drink to go anyway. She made a face to other baristas and said DT was open till 10pm. So I say I'm aware, but already out of my car and just need to order 1 drink to go. Begrudgingly she said I guess I can ring u up, to which I decided to leave already.
1) accommodate the customer, the 2 other baristas can maintain DT.
2) not everyone is aware of the ever changing lobby hours (Google also did not indicate separate lobby hours)
3) technically SBUX has a TEN minute window for such like situations. So either ahe was lazy or for some reason uncomfortable serving me.
4) even though I've been here many times, they failed to offer again legendary service as promised by Mr Schultz....#TrainBetter

I was surprised to see 2 of my orders were ready to go, but the 3rd order took the longest. I was waiting for like 10 min after getting the 2 drinks and using the restroom. There were 3 that came after me and got there drinks before and 2 cars passed the drive thru. Smh. Normally bux are automatic but today I could watch a movie and still the drinks wouldn't be done yet.

I always forget how bad this place is. Till I return. Uninterested employees, and honestly, I don't want oatmilk in my latte when I request a latte. At least they didn't charge me the extra 75 cents LOL

This Starbucks is right on the road so it's easy to see. It's fairly clean and the baristas were friendly. I was there in the middle of the afternoon and it wasn't too busy and easy to find somewhere to sit. There is a restroom and the wifi works great.
