amazing experience. went in and requested a box of donuts. was as 6 or twelve. ok, so i said a dozen i guess. I was told to pay before picking. ok, I paid. then when picking i said this one please. was told that I couldn't have that one because it was special priced. humph, so i picked another, repeat of the special price. the third time i gave up. could not refund the box to get what i wanted i picked what they would give me...... i think it was plain and simple poor training. I will only buy coffee from this location for this day forward. i usually get black with milk and sugar on the side. they don't get that wrong.

No non diary milk. Points weren't earned on app even after scanning. Also the deal that I activated didn't work either. No wonder people are leaving Tim's for McDonald's. When there is deals it doesnt even work.

This is one of the closest Tim Hortons from Turkey point. So while going there we always make our pit stop here. Services are quick and accurate. Unusually clean washroom for a Tim Hortons. 👍

Always a busy location as it is so popular. Though the drive through line is long, it proceeds very quickly as it seems most of the staff concentrated on pick up. The parking is a bit tight but adequate. As there is a quick turnaround the code and food are always fresh.

Nice people crazy busy but staff were professional and courteous. Thank you all for what you do. I know people are sometimes very mean and rude but your services are not overlooked and some of us actually appreciate you all!
