Dunkin Donuts it's worth the trip Dunkin' Donuts it's definitely time to get up and make the donuts worth trip. When it's Dunkin' Donuts you can't go wrong when it's talking Donuts we're talking Donuts we're talking Dunkin. Also I feel the same about Krispy Kreme so I don't have a winner yet they're both equally good in my book and equally fantastic in Montgomery County.

Just witnessed something both sad and wonderful: A customer who appeared to be on the autism spectrum was taking time ordering, asking multiple questions about prices, changing her order, spilling one drink on the floor, and then another on the counter, and becoming very agitated about it. The young man behind the counter remained pleasant, helpful, compassionate, and good-spirited throughout the entire experience. I felt bad that things were going so poorly for her, and that it clearly upset her. I felt a bit emotional about how decent the man was being to her. More of that, please.

Great customer service...I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk and was handed a hot cup of milk...no espresso or caramel...I kindly asked for a refund...a guy named Chris came up to the counter and asked if he could remake it for me.. I obliged...and it was deelish!!! Great customer service Chris... And I do not blame the lady who made the drink because I told the cashier caramel...she did not type it on the order...and she was yelling the instructions to the barista very fast and in an authoritative tone...so the girl messed up due to poor training... I merely asked for a refund because I didn't want the girl to make it over with "shaky hands" thanks to the screaming banshee cashier...

This is by far the best dunkin' donuts experience i have had in a while. I went around 12:50 pm and the people working there were so polite and the service was exceptional. We weren't even waiting for long before our 4 specific drinks were given to us. I highly recommend going here now because it was a great and quick trip.
