Clean, efficient, and staffed with attentive, conscientious staff. Even the young staff people had excellent customer service skills. I only say that to differentiate from the full grown adults at other service establishments who don’t know the first thing about customer service or having a good attitude.
Congratulations Nebraska! You raise good kids. ☺️

We were there shortly after they opened this morning for lunch (it was lunch for our kiddo) and the gentleman working the counter was very helpful and courteous. Not only that but the chef in the back was just as personable and interested in the quality of our food and service. Fries were hot and crunchy too!

My first time trying this place was on 08Jun22 1000 hrs. The gentleman working up front at the register was the most professional and courteous person I have met in a very long time. Mike is his name, I think. Kudos to this guy.. The food was awesome, but the service even better. Will return the next time I'm passing through.

Excellent highway stop for fast food fare. The Runza menu is basic but while urban travelers may find it sparse of big chain options, that simplicity helps this location stay on track.
During the lunch rush, our food arrived quickly and hot. The burgers were just fine. The salad is
.. a fast food salad. The wrap I tried was ok but it was what I needed if perhaps a bit small.
The cleanliness was mostly ok" but given the highway proximity and resulting high traffic, the bathrooms need more regular cleaning.

I like runza’s food however the reason I am giving 5 stars is because of a younger employee. I didn’t catch his name however on June 11th (2022) he gave us money to get some ice cream. We weren’t even trying to get any. This is the nicest thing an employee has ever done in my experience.

The swiss mushroom sandwich was essentially cream of mushroom soup on bread with a teaspoon of meat. The bread was absolutely soaked through and nasty. The onion rings were mushy, though the fries were tolerable. The lemonade was also so watered down it tasted like slightly lemony water. And they gave us no straws or ketchup.
