This is a good Timmies. Although it is often quite busy. Good location. Good seating, with a good variety of seats. Friendly staff when we went. And the doughnuts and coffee taste just like every other Tims, so if that's important to you then you'll be pleased. Recommend stopping here for some Timmies as it's the only one between Royal Oak and the Mainland.

Not friendly. Placed order then later was told not available after I had paid . Then offered roast beef or bacon. Told them I don't like bacon so they put bacon on. Staff do not listen to you could not even cut the bun in half ...

Please get a reusable container to measure the coffee you will pour into customers' personal travel cups. I bring my cup to cut down on takeout cup waste but when you use a takeout cup to measure each person's coffee and then throw the cup away it totally defeats the purpose!

Lucked out on my favorites here! Order was correct 😀. Very busy. Had to share a table. Sandwich artist worked expeditiously👍👍

Try to stop here on my way to the ferry. Always friendly service with a smile. Place is clean and easy parking in front.

Me and my wife are daily customers in Tim Hortons in Sidney B.C.Students taking up most of the seating and not buying anything. Seems to be more of a hangout spot than a restaurant. Can't the managers enforce some kind of time limit or minimum charge? This is a busy location. Time for a larger establishment with a proper drive thru.

Stopped in for donuts, coffee, ice cap - good spacing and great service. Tables clean and available

Given the staff shortages, service is great. Coffee is the hottest I've had and enjoy my visits.
