I'm proud of the community that this KFC is located in and it's sad that I can't big up my favourite chicken place... don't get me wrong, it is a great location..clean, spacious and capable of seating plenty, however... there are communication issues which can become uncomfortable, there are times when I was feeling annoyed because I had been waiting for almost 20minutes...20 minutes for a mini wrap and a mini fillet burger is totally unacceptable... it's a bit of a gamble and it depends upon which staff are there...if it's one that is capable of getting your order that is the perfect temperature and has literally just left the grill, and can converse in English..it's one of the best I have been to in over 30 years... keep your fingers crossed for a perfect winner of a chicken dinner

Lovely meal but the service is slow for a fast food establishment. Three lots of people walked out while I was waiting for my order as they would not wait any longer to get service. It is very clean and tidy and the food tasted very nice. Had another enjoyable meal today. Fast service despite being very busy. May 2023 - Another meal today. Stopped as Shipley was gridlocked due to roadworks 😩. Place was empty for a lunchtime. Service was just okay. The person serving me was difficult to communicate with. I had made a mistake entering my order on the touch screen and needed to change something. The food was just warm. I couldn't be bothered taking it back. I doubt I will be going back here again.

I was pleasantly surprised, the first time my stomach didn't hurt . The best chicken I've ever eaten at KFC. I probably caught it fresh, although this time the fries weren't as amazing and thick as usual, even though it was raining outside, the restaurant was empty, I was the only one sitting there and eating . It's been a long time since I ate anything that didn't make me feel sick right away.
