Ordered from here twice. Received someone else’s order twice.
Can you sort your portion sizes out? If I order an item “large” I expect a large and for them to be at the least heated up. You give out the waffle fries as if they are going extinct. Nobody is answering the phone.

Packs sandwiches and salad boxes very little, need to ask every little bit to add more! She doesn’t seem to be happy working here(shorter stature girl) , tables …
Twice now I have waited for 5 minutes whilst the two staff behind the counter have concentrated on the take away orders and completely ignored me waiting. I left the place empty handed and wont be back, maybe its down to short staffing levels however ignoring customers face to face is poor at best.
