Love this location but some staff members are rude when serving you

My only go-to for chain coffee, barista's are always excellently trained, friendly, and the food is so much better than Costa or Starbucks!!

Nero's, best of the bunch, in my opinion. Normally, I just go for an americano with cold milk on the side, so I can not give an opinion on the food.
Atmosphere, it is a nice place to sit outside, and people watch going about their day backwards and forwards through the peace garden's.

Adam’s the best barista, he’s such a great guy. Surprisingly witty, funny, and down to earth. He’s super humble too, I have no complaints about him. Everyone needs a bit of Adam in their life

Collette, Klaudia and Cherie served me today. They, as per usual were friendly, professional, helpful and swift in making drinks and paninis. The store is my favourite Caffè Nero in Sheffield. They are a credit to Caffè Nero UK.

Tasty food and drinks, but felt a tad expensive. Overall, solid experience
Went there for lunch and coffee, I find their espresso the best compared to other chains.
The panini was very tasty and hot from the press. The Italian peach smoothie gorgeous and sweet.
Covid restrictions are sensible and it felt fine to step into the shop.
Will go again.

Located next to peace gardens Caffè Nero has a great area for sitting outside on a warm day. Only giving the chain four stars as there are plenty of independent shops that offer a wider selection of food and drinks. Nero has great customer service and is one of the better chains for coffee.
