Excellent service! It was super easy and quick to order some cupcakes online as a birthday surprise for my friend. Beautiful and super delicious cupcakes, excellent packaging and presentation and quick delivery to my friend’s door. They even added customised edible toppers on top. I totally recommend Cupcake Time, and it will be my 1st option from now on for birthday surprises and events! Thank you :)

Had a last minute order for my sons birthday
Jennie and Keith were happy to accommodate and arrange delivery of their delicious cupcakes to the school even though short notice .They really went above and beyond and also helped me to chose cupcakes to fit the palates of students and teachers
Importantly as well nut free
I received many thanks for these delicious cakes and my son enjoyed them and his day

The order was delivered on time 9:30 in the morning for my daughter's Birthday at the nursery.
It tasted amazing and they did exactly what i asked for (Frozen theme) .
The only bakery in Sheffield that i found which delivers in the early morning so that's a bonus 🥇🌟
The prices are suitable for the product quality ✅

Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Great service. Ordered cupcakes for our son's birthday today at around 6 or 7am. Excellent communication. Amazing freshly baked cupcakes arrived just before 12noon. Our son was so pleased with the cupcakes. Thank you do much.

Ordered for a family member that lives quite far away from me. I was very happy with the service, questions were answered quickly and I got an e-mail to say they had been delivered successfully, with pictures. They looked amazing and am sure tasted just as good. Very happy.
