The Devonshire Cat

Just had an enjoyable evening in the Devonshire Cat. Wheelchair access into the building was great, gets a bit tight for maneuvering around, once people are in. Disabled toilet was a bit hairy, a table is placed in such a way that you have to go close to a stairwell to reach the toilet, if you missed you could end up falling. There were two black bins placed by the door, so you couldn't open it fully. Once in the toilet , a nappy bin is in the way of side transfers. Oh and the mirror on the back of the door gives you that lovely view of yourself whilst you do your business. Sorting this out would grant a 5 stars.

The devonshire cat was fantastic. They had an outstanding selection of keg and cask beer with very helpful flavour descriptions attached. This place does what it does well.. high quality drinks in a modern and friendly atmosphere. The lady serving behind the bar was very friendly and conversational. Would highly recommend. A must visit for beer lovers of all tastes.

Wonderful place to spend an afternoon whether you're just drinking or having a meal. The food is traditional pub grub with a few extra alternatives plus a vegetarian option. They have a fairly large alcoholic drinks selection with a nice range of cocktails. The staff are friendly and energetic. Always happy to help serve you either at the bar or at the table if you're looking for food.
