Ribcrib Bbq

Wow! My friend and I chose a great day to go to our local Rib Crib in Shawnee Okla! No waiting today, got seated fast! Food was, as always, very delicious! But the best part was the service! Our waitress' name was Brittany Burden! She was funny, warm and friendly. We never had an empty glass of tea... When you go to this location, ask to be seated in Brittany's section, or at one of her tables!, you won't be sorry!

Came into Rib Crib in Shawnee with my family (6 of us) 1st we were told they could not set us together even though there was plenty of places to sit that were opened! We suggested to put two tables together or sit at 2 different tables that are next to each other. We we told they could not split a part up. Then we were told it would be a fire hazard to sit at different tables that are next to each other, even though there was other people sitting at tables right next to each other! That makes no sense!!!!! Waitress came back and said manager can make an exception for us to sit at different tables next to each other. Then some of us wanting to order some ribs, then was told they are out! Waitress not very friendly or attentive. Waited over a hour for our food! We will not be coming back again!

Drive 25 miles 2 or 3 times a month to eat here because of the ribs. Have been there two times as of late and after you are seated and order you are informed the they are out of ribs. Should change the name to NoRib Crib . I am going to start going back to Billy Boys where at least they have what you order.

There were only about 5-6 customers in the restaurant and yet there was only one server who was absent most of the time. The nachos weren't bad tasting but lacked cheese and they had forgotten the salsa and sour cream that it comes with. We both got a half rack a piece, mine was dry rub, hers was sauced. The dry rub ribs weren't bad and had plenty of meat, but the sauced had gristle and we're hard to eat. The coleslaw was also nothing to be impressed about. In closing, if you like ribs and don't mind having some wait time to talk please stop by.
