Starbucks

I genuinely love getting my coffee from Starbucks. I love the simplicity of ordering online and not having that crippling anxiety of trying to figure it out at the monitor when I arrive. I get one of the three same drinks every time because I don’t like getting something in fear of not liking it, and I generally will force myself to drink the small mistakes because they’re bearable and I understand it’s different baristas. But today one of my normals tasted solely like oat milk. I tried calling six times before arriving back at the store so I didn’t have to be “that person” and they didn’t answer. So when I arrived I politely told them that my order didn’t taste right, like it was missing coffee. The girl at the window asked me if it was something I’ve got before (because I add extra stuff to it) and I said yes, she still tried making it seem like it was my mistake. That bothered me. You can see the visual difference between the two. I order the same thing every time. It’s in my favorites, I don’t even have to edit it.

Walk in customers are expected to wait, online orders also. Waited close to 20 minutes. I mentioned that drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Asked what's taking so long management stated drive thru only part important. I broke my cover as mystery shopper and was called a liar about being one. Used same plastic cup over multiple times to mix drinks with a quick rinse. NOT UP TO HEALTH CODE!!!

After finishing business in town, I stopped by this Starbucks 24 Jan at 12:50pm on my way back to the city. There were six people working, one car in the drive through, and no one waiting inside. It took just under 15 minutes to get an iced latte. Unfortunately, on my way back the latte was not sweet. Which is odd because Starbucks is known to make sweet drinks. The worst part was I noticed a dark hair on top of the whipcream. Thank goodness I asked for whipcream or I may not have seen the hair. When I went to pull the hair out, it was a 12inch long dark hair.....I am thankful I did not suck this up the straw...I gave two stars because the person who rung me up was nice but I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
