The service was amazing! I ordered the salmon platter because salmon's my absolute favorite. The sushi was great! For some reason, the soy sauce provided was extremely salty.. and it was in a low sodium container? That left me confused but I watered it down with my water and it helped. Overall, I was impressed! If I ever go back to Shawnee and at this mall, I definitely plan on coming back.

So first off the sushi rolls we got were delicious. We got spicy cowboy and big mouth. Now we got hibachi however it was hibachi they made in the back not in front of you. We ordered Hibachi filet and chicken which came with soup salad veggies and fried rice. The fried rice was not fried it was still extremely sticky and tasted of steamed rice. The filet that my bf got was full of gristle so I do not believe that was an actual filet or a very low quality cut. We both asked ahead of time if we could pick the veggies we wanted we were told yes, however when they come it was just the mix of veggies. They’re yum yum sauce has a taste of onion to it and I’m not sure why. So to sum up the sushi was fantastic and I highly recommend however the hibachi was awful and I would never get it again if the hibachi chef isn’t cooking fresh directly in front of you.

This was a good visit. The waiter was very sweet, and sat us quickly. We ordered a diverse set of items (sushi, hibachi, and bento box) and they were all prepared pretty quickly, which was a major contrast to our last visit. The food was excellent, no issues there. The server was nice, but refills was a struggle, which was only frustrating because drinks are $3 there. Overall, really great visit!

Delicious, with very fresh vegetables and salad - the dressing was fantastic. It was sweet and light, maybe yogurt-based? There was plenty, so if you like less dressing you might request it on the side. My filet mignon was grilled one step more than requested, but very tender and tasty. My wife's steak teriyaki bento box had enough variety and quantity to take home leftovers. Service was super efficient without being overly chatty, perfect for a quick lunch.
