Little Caesars

The pizza and crazy bread here have become so disappointing. I was charged more for my crazy bread without sauce than the posted price with sauce, I wasn't given a refund for the difference even though it was $2 more than posted which almost doubled the price of the bread. The crazy bread was better than the pizza but with raising their prices and lowering their quality I am not sure I will ever be back, it used to be a good pizza for a good price but they are really falling short.

May 30th, Worst employees ever! Screw up my order after calling an hr and half in advance for a bday party order, get there, they don't have our food, we wait 20 mins only to find out our order was sitting in a warmer, hand us our pizzas, gave away all our cheese bread so had to wait another 15mins with our pizzas not in a warmer, then the employee has the nerve to yell at ME! That woman needs to be fired!! And not even a discount!

This place is horrible! I tried calling for over 30 minutes to alter my online order, and NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE 📞 Than we drove to pick up our order because the track my order stated it will be ready by 6:00, and it was CLOSED after the website said open, AND they even charged my credit card, 💳 and there is NO pizza ready to distribute! I’m beyond upset! This deserves zero star’s! They owe me an extra pizza for this fraudulent situation. Never again will I ever order from here! I’m reporting this to corporate office.

I keep giving this place second chances when I shouldn't. Did a online order today and it was supposed to be ready after 25 minutes. My husband went to pick up and they said they hadn't even started it and it would be another 45 minutes. Haven't gone here and been happy about it in a long time. Time before this the store was closed 2 hours early. The ready to go pizzas are normally dry and hard to chew if it's even available. Even for "cheap" pizza it's just not worth the disappointment.

Called ahead to place an order and was on hold for 10 mins by a snooty woman (since the fair is going on, I thought it would be busy so I understand). Came by to order in person and a lady with face tattoos acted as if she wanted to be anywhere but there. Needs to be trained in better customer service. Fella in the back with glasses & beard flying around was nice and gave us our pizza extra yummy. Meh
