Food is, always fresh and delicious! Staff work their butts off and always kind.Shortly after the grand opening they stayed busy so at times it was a long wait but staff handed us a free ice cream coupon and said thank you for waiting! Don't mind waiting a bit for the deluxe butter burger🍔 it is my absolute favorite😍🍦🙂

The staff always greets us as we enter....the store is always clean and typically well stocked...today was quite busy with it being a holiday weekend and spring break has begun this week. We had the fish dinner, and as always it was great (slightly greasy, but good flavor overall). Our last two visits we were taken care of by Delberta O. She is always smiling and pleasant...she even came by our table to see if all was ok.... taking time away from her own short break to make sure all our dinner needs were met. So, another good experience in this particular store...

came here and wanted to know if they did vanilla shakes with whole strawberries. i asked the worker if they had vanilla shakes with strawberries. the worker responded in a very rude and condescending tone, “yeah, those are strawberry shakes 😒” not what i meant and wasn’t interested in asking again. felt that was very rude as i could hear the scoff and feel the eye roll behind the mic.

Once again culvers left items out of our order! When i called back i got a big "Whatever...!". Thanks culvers, and our reply is to never come back. We will be returning our order for our money back, too. You really should be good to your retired customers...we have the most disposable income.n we get together with other retired folks often so word spreads FAST. Shame on culvers n the owner n managers for not doing a better job n teaching these younger workers to be polite! This was at the Shawano culvers. Just left culvers after returning our food...first the long haired kid ( no net n greasy hair all over) asked if we wanted our money back...duh. The he called the manager over to deal with us (amanda) n there was NO apology n just attitude. Do not go to culvers.
