My past two experiences haven't been pleasant to say the least. Both times id ordered online. First time Their toaster was down, so instead of calling me to see what they should do or if I would accept nontoasted, they just canceled and refunded my order. No subway that day.
The 2nd time my sub was ridiculously messy to the point where 80% of my topping fell out when I picked it up. The bread was gross. literally the nastiest/worst sub I've ever received, from any location.

Would NOT reccomend! Waiting patiently in line, lady was finishing up an order. An elderly man walks in front of me and the lady working knew I was next in line but chose to ignore me and wait on the guy that jumped in line. Very unprofessional.

The staff was incredibly degrading and patronizing to the new hire in front of customers. When he would ask the staff simple questions they would roll their eyes and embarrass him publicly. They even talked to the customers ABOUT said new hire in an incredibly degrading manner right in front of him. Pitiful experience. Cruel.

This place has a lock of people's skills. The guy who helped me today at 7:00 pm on Tuesday July 26th was helping with a rude attitude, that made you feel uncomfortable. I told my baby girl to tell him what she wanted on her sandwich, but she didn't say loud enough, then he raised his voice to her to ask her in a rude way what she wanted. It seems I am finding lots of places like this one here in Seymour. It's a shame.
