I have been here twice the first time was good. But, this time was a complete flopp. There was a full head of lettuce uncut on the plate. No dressing applied, nor the Caesar ingredients with dressings on the side. Really??! Lousy service on their part. Go elsewhere! You've been warned...I never went to such a place. Not a good day. Left most of the meal right there. No, No, No! Look at the picture below...

The food is not good nor the service. I ordered a warm Caesar salad. What I received was an uncut head of Romaine warmed with the ingredients of the salad on the side. Really?? 6/27/2022. This is why I went out to eat today for service. I could have saved the $20 and ate at home. Poor service and hospitality here. I suggest try another place in Sewickley.

Went for lunch here today. Arrived at 12:50p ordered waters and a wine. 20 minutes goes past, no one comes back for our order. There were 6 other patrons in the restaurant. When I went to pay for the wine so that we could leave to eat I was asked if I wanted our food boxed. We were obviously completely forgotten. My card was tossed back to me when attempting to pay for the wine. Thankfully, we weren't charged. Person on staff was carrying on conversations to the point that we were completely ignored. The customer service needs significant improvement. We do not recommend. ***03/15/2022 Edit - Response to Owner's Comments*** I arrived less than 3-5 minutes after my wife and 5 year old did (I was using the parking app to pay outside, that's why I was delayed). The person on duty came and took our drink order (all of us, I was sitting right there) and said they'd come back to take our food order, as I've previously stated. Then after waiting and waiting for over 20 minutes as she enjoyed having conversations with a woman in the corner, she totally forgot us. When I went to pay she asked if we'd like our food boxed. She never came back to take our order, so obviously it was impossible to box food that was never ordered. She thought she did take our order. With that few people in the place it was ridiculous that she completely ignored us. On a positive note, we found really good burgers at Sidelines. It was close by and service was impeccable. I would encourage others to visit them if you'd like prompt, excellent service and great burgers and sandwiches. They had a great drink selection too.

I was walking through sewickley and asked a gentleman where a good place to eat was and he told me by far Lula's would be the best. So I went to check it out myself. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner, I talked with him for a bit and asked him what sold the best. The atmosphere walking in was warm and welcoming!! I ordered The Lula Burger with potato salad, my first bite I fell in love. The food I ordered was great as well as the service!! I also found out that they do takeout!! I will highly recommend anyone to this establishment
