Mr. Hero

Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.

My order was not picked up from door dash. My food sat there for nearly 40 minutes. I tried to get a refund from them, but they refused. Had to get Doordash involved, my order was suppose to be REMADE! When my food finally arrived, My sandwiches were heat lamp warm, they were awful. I will never order from this location again.

Worst mr.hero I ever been to food sucked order missed up apparently sauce dont come with nuggets or fries. Was waiting way to long for order long enough to hear another customer get disgruntled about the service and soda machine do they know that it needs filled to serve proper drinks lmao never again I will go else where

Stopped there about 12:45 pm today (April 6, 2018). The ladies working there were extremely friendly and prepared my food FAST! I ordered 4 Hot Buttered Cheesesteak sandwiches and they were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! An added plus was that the inside was very clean. I will DEFINITELY go back to this particular Mr. Hero!!!

One of the best Mr. Hero's I've been to. Always fresh and consistent, friendly staff and it's pretty quick service. Dining space is small but always clean. Other locations I have been to sometimes have an old grease taste to the burgers and fries and this place has never had that. Waffle fries always have had a fresh oil taste and same for the burgers.

I worked at a Mr. Hero about 20 years ago when I was in high school, so there may be some nostalgia attached to this review... But I still think this place is great. Everything on the menu tastes great, and this location handles special orders well. It's not gourmet food--don't expect fine dining level steak sandwiches and burgers, but expect everything you get to be better than most other fast food restaurants.

There food is great but the service there is terrible. I ordered on the phone two large waffle fries with cheese and when my boyfriend went to pick it up we only received one. We didn't notice til we got in the car. He went back in and let them know and they argued with him that I only ordered one on the phone, even though he was there with me and heard when I called. They promised him that I said one on the phone and that he was wrong. After the mess up she rolled her eyes and gave him attitude the rest of the time. She also forgot the cheese and made us pay extra for one. An the guy in the back had his airpods in the whole time my boyfriend was trying to explain the situation to him. Was dissapointed with how much attitude we were given and how our situation was handled.
