Domino's Pizza

Fast delivery, accurate and good tasting food. I have ordered in Sequim and just outside Sequim and still get good delivery service. I have only tried the pasta dishes and the bread twists, also the salads. All have been good and delivered hot. If I don't call right at lunchtime it's here within 30 minutes, even tho I am out of city limits. I always tip the cheerful drivers and they are friendly and helpful at carrying the items in. UPDATE, I just got a hand tossed 12" medium pizza with italian sausage, mushrooms, pineapple and onions. It was hot and had plenty of ingredients, with a crusty dough and cooked to perfection. They had delivered in the 1/2 hour ( at lunchtime on a Saturday,) as I was promised by Ahman.

Night driver Kelly went above and beyond. The order showed up earlier than expected, was great however we were missing our drink, i told her all was well and she insisted she would stop at the first store and pay for it (assuming with her tip money) and bring it back. I again assured her it was okay it was just a drink and she said no. Be right back. I assume maybe she'd forget or get busy. And not even five minutes later she was back at the door happy as could be all smiles with the drink. Some people might look at this as "something that should have been done" but I've worked food service and i know how it can be at the end of a long night almost ready to head home and have something pop up. It speaks volumes about her manner regarding the issue she never at any point made me feel as of i was being a burden. Which has happened many times in the passed at other establishments hence my hesitation when she said she'd be right back. Customer service in the food industry has become very weird with a "customer is always right... Always" attitude and a lot of workers are treated poorly by the customers because of this and all too often workers like Kelly fall through the cracks and don't get so much as a thank you most days so i wanted to make sure Kelly and the Dominos Team of Sequim Washington got a 5 star review. Will definitely remember this for years to come. UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER Me and my girlfriend totally slept through Domino's trying to deliver our food to us. well after about 19 minutes of knocking on our door says my text updates but they decided it was time to go because they had other things to do with their schedule. the delivery driver instead of being just totally oblivious to what possibilities there were decided to stack our food up right next to the door on the little chair we had there seeing as they have delivered here plenty of times to know that they were actually at the right place. Again everything was there, food is still good and hot even you know 18 minutes later and we were happy we didn't have to call and wait for food again. so kudos to you guys a second time if I could leave a second review with another five stars I would but it only lets me use edit so that's why it's like this thanks again guys.

This is the best Domino's store I've ever used, all of the employees are friendly and ready to help. The manager there always has a smile on his face and takes time to help his customers personally. I order online for the deals and convenience but the service keeps me coming back often. I actually order pizza once a week and occasionally have their sandwiches and pasta for lunch. The manager now recognizes my name on the screen and addresses me by name as I walk through the door. It's always a pleasurable experience. Five stars in my book, thank you so very much.

I am the head cross-country coach for Sequim High school. I contacted the owner of Domino’s about a fundraiser for my team.. it was an amazing experience. Here’s how it worked: in exchange for promoting his business by posting fliers, postings on social media, and sign-waving for 3 hours on a Thursday afternoon, he would donate 1/2 his proceeds for those three hours to my XC team. He was most generous! It was a win-win for both him and my team. Many members of my team were there. We ate pizza, which was absolutely delicious, and had a blast. May thanks to the owner, the manager, and all the staff who helped make this profitable for my team!
