Hi-way 101 Diner

So delicious! The Macaroni & Cheese dinner was so tasty — one of the best mac & cheese recipes I've ever tasted! The serving was generous — just the right amount to eat and still have a little left over to bring home for a snack later. Baked with bread crumbs on the top! The dinner was also served with garlic bread/toast. I have not tried any of the other offerings on their menu, however everything I saw at the tables around me looked equally appealing. Definitely recommend the Macaroni & Cheese Dinner!

Best burger I've had in a long time and the fries were perfect. I ended up putting the fry sauce on my burger. I ordered a chocolate shake for my meal, but I couldn't stop myself from slurping it down before my food arrived. I love the neon lights reflecting off the chrome of the seats, and the black & white tiled floor. We'll definitely be back.

We stopped in for dinner after a long drive and a long work day! So glad we didn’t order an appetizer before dinner! The portions were huge. The clam chowder was really good, you could tell it was homemade, as were the dinner rolls. We both got the seafood dinner and lavender lemonade, and everything was delicious! We both ended up taking almost half our dinners home, and they made terrific lunches the next day. Fish was firm with a nice crunchy coating and the shrimps were huge! I loved their fry sauce also! Will definitely go back if I am up there again! Delicious home style food and a great price. All the staff members were extremely nice as well!

Ignore any bad review you read. Despite the wide variety of offerings, everything my group of four tried was outstanding. Definitely not healthy, but outstanding. The kitschy atmosphere is fun and makes for interesting conversation. Our server worked her tail off, hustling around to check on guests and get new visitors seated, yet we never felt neglected.

We arrived into town today and happened to run out of propane while cooking dinner. Saw this place on the map and decided to try it. The food was really really good, the service was amazing and the ambiance was soo special. Average price of a burger was $15, and I really enjoyed the clam chowder!! We will be back for breakfast!
