Food was great but i got a drink from the machine and the ice started tasting like mold … Y’all need to clean the ice machine .

They were so slow people started walking out, cashiers was just standing and looking. Couid have told us what was going on, nobody said nothing. We just left.

It was clean. The associates were friendly. They actually used the sneeze guards. Smelled of fresh baked bread. I ordered the Black Forest ham and provolone cheese on the Italian bread, it was very good.

The guy in there working Sunday night March 24th was hustling to get the line moving land. He was obviously running the show as he was answering his coworkers questions as to where items in the back were. (The other 2 seemed new) I hadn’t been back in a while because of the former ladies working were constantly so rude. One was the manager or still is (I don’t know) but note that the way you respond to customers affects the cadence in which they return to spend money. The guy today was killing it.

The male employee wiped his snotty nose and didn't have his mask up over his mouth or nose. And the place could use some cleaning. The window to look at meat and veggies was disgusting

Their hours online say opens at 8, but at the store its at 10! I got here at 11 and they are still closed!

This subway is really good. The same people are usually always working there when we go in. I usually go once every week or two. It's always clean and the workers are friendly.
