Mcdonald's

The food was cooked and made well but care to the French fries would be nice! Ordered a large got about half of that and had to go up and complain about it..they made it right but the whole point is it should have been done correctly the first time not hope they don't notice or don't care...with prices how they are we expect as customers not only our order correctly done but filled correctly also...

Just to let people know, they recently hired a lot of new people (myself included). They have to train these new people, and sometimes the newbies may make mistakes. Please be patient with them because some of them have never worked in fast food or may not understand what you're trying to say when you're ordering or when things get messed up. But also, awesome place. Sometimes gets busy to the point where you have to wait a bit for your food, especially when the lines are long, but they always get my stuff right, and everyone works really hard to be nice and get everything right as quickly as they can.

Google should have a zero star option for reviews. The ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I travel extensively and have been to McDonald's across the country. Literally 100's of locations. I must admit I am not the fondest of the food but it's the availability (typically open earlier and later than the competition) that has made me a frequent customer. I usually receive fast, accurate and courteous service with the occasional oops, but nothing that warrants mention. Congratulations to the Selmer Tn. location for being the exception. This location happens to be in the town where i live so my opinion is based on numerous visits over a couple years. Again its the availability that has brought me back, usually they are the only place open when i leave or return home. I must be a die hard optimist, I believe most would have given up long ago but i keep crossing my fingers hoping to have a good experience at this McDonald's. Consistency is their only attribute but in this case its not a good thing. Very rude employees. Long wait times. Incorrect orders. Half empty fry cartons and cups. All topped with the ability to make tolerable food border on disgusting. Today's serving was so bad that i have felt sick to my stomach all day. My dog, who i once caught eating poop, turned her nose and walked away from the bit i offered her. So, to the owners of this franchise, a round of applause for operating the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Please make sure to commend your employees from management on down for their pathetic representation of your business. There is one exception, the kid emptying the trash deserves a big promotion. He was on many levels far more professional and adept at his job than the manager, the cook, the order taker and the the employee that handed me my order.

We came in and paid with $100 and our total was 9.80. We almost walked out the door and my boyfriend says something dosnt feel right. We set the money on the table and we only got back $80.20 back. We addressed it to the lady at the counter and she said yes your right and we gave her a $10 so she could just give us a $20 back and proceeded to get a manager to count down the drawer. The manager told us there wasn't anything she could do because her drawer was only $10 over. We got the $10 back that we gave her. But we didn't get the $10 that we got shorted and didn't even bother to pull her calculator out to count what we had vs the money we gave her. While some of the other employees were siding with us.

After 15 minutes of clarification and reordering, I ordered two mcmuffins through the drive through for my children. I wss asked to pull aside and wait. I saw 4 cars pull up after me and get there large sacked meals and leave and each time I saw the employee sneaking smoking in the parking lot in between each order. My children are asthmatic and I didn't want to wait any longer than 28 minutes which I had already been there, I walked in and asked for a refund that was harder than pulling wisdom teeth, so I left and I won't be back. I won't take that chance again. On top of all this, we caught the employees snickering and laughing together Behind our back. #worstbreakfastInevergot

This place couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it!!!!! I spend more time going back to get orders fixed than ordering in the first place. And they still get it wrong. If you would start docking the pay from the ones messing up orders they would pay more attention to what they are doing!!!!!
