Burger King

I went to this place at 1:30 pm, only one car waiting in the line and the room was empty. I was waiting 5 minutes for them to take my order (I'm not kidding). I did not hear a welcome, they just told me "What do you want?" No ketchup, no salt :/ The food was good but Coke tasted like Dr. Pepper. Overall: Good Food (classic Burguer King food), not a good service.

Just went through the drive-thru. My receipt says Ashley was my host. I hope that information is accurate because she was absolutely fantastic! She was so nice and friendly and personable. Service was fast, food was hot, and everyone was really friendly! Which was all fantastic in general, but especially to get that kind of service today in a fast food restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations!

The food here is usually pretty fresh and good but the customer service is lacking. The people who take your order have a tendency to speak over you or interrupt you mid order to ask a question that you are literally in the middle of answering. Several people including the girl at the window with red hair and a crown tattoo on her finger ( who we got today ) when you pull up to the window do not greet with anything besides a grumpy “NAME?” She didn’t confirm our order or say another word to us, when we thanked her for our food she just shut the window.

Second time I come here and poor customer service I placed an order online so any size Fries are free they gave me a small I told her I want a large manager was telling the cashier no it was small all rude and not even having the respect to talk like a manger. This Burger King needs to train there employees how to have good customer service.
