Hardee's

1st time tasting hardees... And it was not what I expected... The toppings were old and soggy.. They were not fresh and the burger smelt old. I took my order back just to receive the exact same thing... It was a complete turn off and a loss of appetite... Everytime I look at this hardees or think about having hardees I think of this and instantly get sick.to my stomach.

I stopped here to try the new chicken and waffle sandwich. I asked how long would it take to prepare the sandwich fresh and I was told around 5 minutes. Cashier William B. took my order and brought out my fresh and hot chicken and waffle sandwich! It was really tasty only down side was that one side of the chicken had syrup. But it was still good!

This place was horrible I ordered $20 worth of food which was two meals a chicken meal and a chicken sandwich meal my chicken sandwich meal was so old it was soggy the bread was soggy I'm upset. Then when I tried to call back to let management know and see if they will refund me my meal I called the number over and over again to find out it was hooked to a fax machine so there's no clear way to speak with anyone. I love Hardee's but this location sucks and this is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. I want my money back.

I went there because I love to eat the food from the Red Burrito side. They had a wide variety to choose from. Not any more. All they offer is tacos. The tacos were okay. It was the customer service that was a problem. It took three people to get our order done. After all that, our order was given to someone else. They were very rude from beginning to end. I know everyone is stressed out these days, but when someone is trying to be kind to you, except their kindness and just maybe your day will get better and brighter.
