I ordered two cakes. The carrot and chocolate cake. Let me say, I have never seen a group of people devour cakes so fast! They were absolutely awesome. Best of all vegan!! Such a great treat for a very special birthday. Thank you so much. Highly recommend anyone passing through sedgefield to stop in and grab a slice!

Liola does it again! Their Liola creamy ‘cheese’ on the Chi Cha pizza is pure deliciousness.. not even the crust was left. Their vegan lasagna is hearty and delicious, and the flatbread they use to wrap their black bean burgers sparks regular cravings. The best pizza in Sedgefield? Liola. Their food is simply amazing - and it just happens to be vegan, too. For a satisfying meal full of home-made goodness that is meat free, you will not be disappointed.

It is the only 100% vegan restaurant on the Garden Route. Giulio, the owner, is the chef and he makes fantastic food. We found our favourite vegan burger here - Madison burger with absolutely divine herbal sauce. Heavenly burger with creamy flavorful mushroom sauce is also amazing and it's our daughter's favourite. Burgers come in pitas that Julio makes fresh and they are delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with gluten free pita options available as well. Portions are generous and reasonably priced. Atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming and friendly.

If you haven’t been to Li-o-la, I am telling you: make the trip! This place’s food is mind-blowing. Their pizzas are divine, their burgers are amazing and their pasta is a near-religious experience. The puttanesca is glorious and absolutely a must try! I can’t actually rave about this place enough. The prices are also super reasonable. Did I mention they have vegan malva pudding? Because they have vegan malva pudding! And it’s awesome! Really, this is some of the best food I’ve ever enjoyed in my life. Even if you are not vegan, this place is a must for epic Italian food. The chef and staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is so welcoming that you just want to stay and eat more and more.
