What happened to this place. I've been coming here for years and I would of rated it 4 Stars, but things have drastically changed. Employees dont seem to think good customer service means anything. We waited 5 minutes for the female cashier to take our order while she was fumbling around behind the counter doing nothing. Our order came out in a timely matter, but my Chicken Blue sandwich was soggy and had some watered down sauce...horrible. My son's pepperoni pizza was soggy to the point he didn't eat most of it. Very disappointing considering this was one of our favorite spots after going to see a movie across the parking lot.

The adobo chicken bowl and tandoori chicken salad are great. Service here is dismal at the register. The same woman everyday rushes through your order as she snaps at you and is just generally rude. Had a few issues getting food that wasn't prepared well, once I had salsa lol. The food runner guy is nice, the woman at the register needs to go.

Great food, not always open during listed business hours. The owner apparently decides when to open and close on a whim. The business hours listed on Google and on their front door are not reliable. On a recent Sunday afternoon it looks as if someone had removed the business hours sign from the window and just placed it on the table.

Two ladies behind the counter were nice enough, but we stood by the registers for quite a while before either bothered to acknowledge us. Bread was also very stale, and seeing as their bread is a huge part of what they are, there's not much point in visiting this location, you are likely to be disappointed.

No thanks. Out of lemonade. And iced tea tastes like pure leaf. Might as well go down to deli and get that. Crumb cake had the consistency of already being dipped in a liquid. Sorry cosi. Even the overly packed and understaffed Panera bread a block away was a better experience. 2 stars is only because the guy behind counter was kind.

First time here, walked in as only one of three customer. Completely ignored until I asked where I ordered and from the counter was showed. Then, at the counter an insolent young woman took my order. Here on business so when the receipt rolled out of the machine, I wasn't sure if I needed to sign as there was a place for a signature, but the woman behind the counter ran off with the receipt on the machine. Finally just took what looked like mine and sat down. Finally a ver nice guy brought my food with a nice apology for the wait. The food was marginal at best. I ordered the mushroom bowl, which had one really small mushroom with some kind of rubbery cheese on top and a bunch of mixed rice and a so so piece of what appeared to be their signature flat bread. Overall pretty meh....
