Terrible owner. Absolutely horrible experience. This owner is not worthy of representing the 711 brand and brings absolute degradation of the worst kind to the brand. The level of treatment for no apparent reason towards customers and employees was an eye sore. This store and this owner will be promptly reported to 711 corporate and they will be made aware of the type of person running this particular store. I saw first hand the level of inadequate service provided. There was no level of care for customers and abusive treatment of customers and employees in the most calm and insidious manner. I genuinely will be following up with 711 corporate office until this store and owner are properly investigated for determination that this store does not align with the vision and values of the 711 brand. Shameful.
