Sbarro

We had questions about combo meals and the server was not answering clearly. My mom was in a wheelchair, lower than the plastic sneeze guard, and kept saying " I can't hear " and I'd ask him to repeat. He was abrupt and rude. I understand it's an airport and busy but the customer in front of you should be your priority. After finally getting our food, the cashier came over with a tray to help carry the food. She was nice and appropriately friendly. The pizza was average.

I love Sbarro's pizza. I used to get it all the time at the mall when I was growing up. I love the huge slices and I love the taste - so it was really disappointing to eat at the Sbarro's at SeaTac. I don't know what they're doing differently, but the pizza there definitely doesn't taste like most Sbarro's pizza. I'm pretty easy when it comes to pizza, but this Sbarro's pizza was just.. blah. And just a note: this is the second time I've eaten there. The first time I figured I just got a bad batch.. Hey, it happens, right? But today the pizza was apparently freshly made, and it was worse than the first time - my wife also got a slice and was similarly disappointed. Hmm... you know you're life isn't too bad when the day's chief complaint is that the pizza you got at the airport was meh, eh? Be that as it may - the pizza at the SeaTac Sbarro's just isn't good. I recommend skipping this place and going to any other Sbarro's or visiting the pizza joint near the main branch of the SeaTac terminal. I can't recall the name, but they served pretty good pizza when we were on our way out of town - and they didn't ruin my childhood recollections of Sbarro's. So there's that. The service was fine. They were reasonably friendly, although it seemed that only a small fraction of the staff on hand were actually doing anything other than BS'ing with each other. So yeah, I recommend skipping this place. Buy two slices at an actually good Sbarro's next time you see one.

Completely taken back by not only how unfriendly the staff was but how they seemed to be out of everything. I watched multiple people leave or walk out. I asked for a Stromboli they were out, I asked for salad they were out, I asked for the baked ziti with chicken they were out of chicken. I ended up getting ziti that looked like it had been sitting there for quite sometime and it was barely enough for a serving, it was dry, barely had cheese, but I did get meatballs. Needless to say they are out of ziti now. I usually love this place, this location is below standard and the employees could care less. I rarely ever leave reviews but this place completely rubbed me the wrong way.

Had the chicken stromboli and it was awful. It was flavorless and was very dry. My friend and I were splitting one and we both tossed it. The girl behind the counter didn't know what the stromboli was. Shouldtaken the sign more seriously with a health rating of only "okay". Would not eat there again.
