Burger King

The food was great. The service was not. The cashier was very friendly until we said we was take out. She automatically assumes we are one of the homeless people and starts treating us as such. Told us the wrong code for the bathroom and then got mad when I said it wasn’t working. I am a paying customer. Even if I was homeless, would still deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

The soggiest fries I’ve ever had from any restaurant in my life. Try the Burger King up on 125th and Aurora; they know how to cook! This place’s food quality makes the Burger King brand look bad. It’s not worth spending money here these people do not care about their location’s food quality. I’m not a picky eater either I just expect fries to be hot and crispy rather than wet and cold like they were made by a cooking station drenched with rain.

The chicken tenders across the street (at fake KentuckyFC) was over $12 for three nuggets; BK has eight nuggets for only two bucks ... I ordered two (a very nice lady staff member came to the door and opened it for me, I'm a double amputee in a wheelchair) and carried my tray to the table that did not have bolted down chairs, move your chair out of the way for me and she set the tray on the table for me, and when I was ready to leave she also came out and opened the door for me THREE TIMES NOW;. UNFORTUNATELY on my third visit the nuggets we're overcooked or left in the pre-serving bin under heat lamps too long, and we're very hard to eat without any teeth (previously the nuggets had been perfectly cooked and not left in the pre-serving bin too long.)

I LOVE Burger King! Some Burger Kings offer to go orders only, and that's understandable. This place however is offering ONLY drive thu when in a city where many people do not have cars and are telling customers without cars to walk through the drive thru rather than just open up the counter, or take walk in orders inside at the drive thru register. Poor customer service, and a lack of concern for customer safety, and making money from those of us on foot! Go somewhere else!
