Baskin-robbins

This Baskin Robbins scares me to my core. Walking inside is like being transported into a Silent Hill-esque alternate universe. Everything looks dated by about 30 years, including the creepy pictures on the walls. As we browsed the flavors, a woman, who I assume is a spirit trapped inside the walls, wandered aimlessly around the store, not asking questions or purchasing anything. Once we got our ice cream, we sat down to eat only to be accosted by multiple gnats that seemingly came from nowhere like a biblical plague. As we sat, the woman behind the counter disappeared and the woman walking around sat at the farthest table from us, and pretended not to watch us (even though we could tell she DEFINITELY was). Half way through our ice cream, its flavor and consistency began to change in a bad way, as if we were waking up from a dream or violently returning to reality. As we left, and felt the rain on our gnat bitten faces, we made a pact that we will never visit a stand alone Baskin Robbins for as long as we all live.

Love love LOVE this place! Been coming here since I was a kid, & it’s just as good ss ever! It’s run well, it’s clean, the family that owns it is nice, what more could you want? The ice cream is simply the best. Get it hand packed, it’s better than the pre-packaged (yes, we’ve done the research- such hard work LOL). No brand beats Baskins’ chocolate chip mint or Pralines & Cream! Omg, now I need some badly! Must go... see ya there! 😋
