I was away from home for my birthday and my family pre-ordered me two cookie cakes for me, a family tradition. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and had my order ready for pick-up. The cakes were perfectly moist and a hit among my office colleagues and friends. I would definitely order from here again.

Been looking everywhere for a place that does cookie cakes. I’m glad I found them. Called them, placed, an order and they were able to accommodate my request. Giving a five star because as a little shop in the Federal Way Commons area, they delivered the product the way I wanted it to.

Ordered $35 worth of cookies online to be delivered. Used Grubhub. Ordered 6 hours ahead of time. Never got the cookies. I called as Mrs Fields said they acknowledged the order with a confirmation code to my email. The man was very rude. "No orders!" "But I was charged and the order was confirmed." "No, no orders!" That was it. No explanation, no efforts to make it right. Just an abrupt "No!"

Can't make a cake cookie because the manager isn't there??? Seriously! Teach your employees how to run the store then when you are away. What a way to ruin a birthday surprise.
