Vatsana Thai Restaurant

Very sad! Restaurant is closed for good. Went by today, 12/23/2022 and it was empty and construction workers were tearing it down! Gone for good they said. So sad to learn this. Food was always very fresh, tasty, very large servings and good service. Thanks for many years of tasty and fresh Thai food and best wishes on you with new adventures ahead in 2023!

First I just want everyone to know, who is ordering Pad Thai from this place, don’t get it. Order the peanut sauce noodle. It’s what your looking for. I don’t know why it’s not called Pad Thai, but yeah. The Pad Thai here is definitely just ketchup. But once you get past that, it’s pretty good. Sometimes they use too much oil but most times they don’t. That’s another flaw. You definitely get better food when there isn’t a rush of customers. The ginger eggplant with chicken is really good and the Basil Fried Rice (Which is not on the menu but they do make it) is a couple of the best things on the menu. Always ask for no green beans too. The reviews are right, the green beans are hard. Hope this is helpful.

My husband and I have been ordering Thai food from Vatsana for several years now, and we can honestly say that it's wonderful. We don't write reviews often, but it's seriously been some of the BEST takeout food that we've had during Covid. This place deserves 5 stars! We typically order Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, or Green Curry. It's not the spiciest restaurant, so we usually go with about 3 stars which is just perfect! We usually do pickup and they have it ready in about 15 minutes! The portion size is excellent and the ingredients all taste fresh. The staff are all very kind. It's our favorite place in West Seattle! Thank you!

really friendly! delicious and big portions. they always accommodate me when i ask for dishes without egg - so nice! they are also fast and not expensive. what else could you ask for they are great!! ive had their pad thai many times and has never been soupy or ketchupy. the other reviews dont know what they are talking about!

Wonderful service! The food was absolutely fantastic, however - and I'm not saying this is bad because I know some people love them - there was an ungodly amount of mushrooms in the Tom yum I ordered. Maybe that's on purpose. Maybe in this area people prefer it that way. I didn't know as I was just passing through. But I took them all out and was perfectly happy with the remaining soup. Would recommend. Wonderful atmosphere. Short wait times.

Me and my friends go here at least 3-5 times a month, we absolutely love it here! Excellent food and even better customer service! They remember who we are and our usual orders and are so friendly! We always get pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice! Literally the best Thai food around. I go here when I need a pick me up and when I'm feeling down. It feels like family with the extra perk of real delicious food! Love these guys!!

The place a clean and and they welcome you as soon as you walk in. The staff here are prompt and helpful, and the service is quick. The food here is so delicious and full of flavor. The only think I wish is that the food would be spicier. I got a 4 and it was as spicy as your usual 4. I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a good Thai place to eat.
