Central Pizza

Dope spot. Came through here with two young children on a Saturday evening. The kids ordered meatballs for an appetizer and swore they were the best meatballs they’ve ever had. They enjoyed collaborating with the kitchen on a very specific flavor profile. (EXTRA olives, and cheese). Was met with speedy service that went above and beyond. As someone who experiences life threatening food allergies I felt respected, heard and safe to enjoy a delicious vegan pizza without the need of an Epi pen. Thanks team, keep up the good work. Stoked to see the magic that unfolds here in the coming days. Oh and thanks for having fun NA options for us folks.

This is our new favorite pizza joint in Seattle. I especially love crispy and chewy crust and the tomato-y sauce on the pizza. Atmosphere is very authentic, laidback, and down to earth. Rock music and jazz were playing in the background while we were enjoying our food. I can’t wait to come back to sit by the big windows on a seattle rainy day.

I moved back to the PNW just a couple years ago after 19 years away, and this place made me fall in love with Seattle all over again. It’ has a bit of a nostalgic 90’s feel with a modern lounge/speakeasy twist. The pizza is delicious, and the rest of the menu is creative, yet simple. They have a great variety of non alcoholic options. The drinks are beautifully curated, and are most definitely made with heart and precision. I highly recommend! I will most definitely be back with more friends. It will surely become a staple in the community.

We are neighbors and popped in. We loved it! The pizza was incredible (we got the Italian sausage). The app and drinks we got also were right-on. I loved my mocktail too - nice to see classy options like that. Really happy to have them nearby. We told some other neighbors and they went later that night and were thrilled also. Thank you guys!

Delish! I loved my El Pastor with chorizo and marinated pineapple. I was so salivating for it since seeing Chef’s picture on Instagram, that I forgot to ask for my usual “no tomatoes” sauce option (I’m not supposed to eat tomatoes). It came. I took a bite. Omigosh…it tasted so fresh, not bitter, kinda sweet without a sugar taste… so worth breaking my diet rules! Really fresh. And my mocktail was delightfully complicated and tasted similar to the savory cocktails I like, (me so tired and needing to drive—didn’t dare go for alcohol). It’s nice when a mocktail doesn’t taste like your usual breakfast juices.
