Good place for happy hour with some friends. not so busy. it's because is connected to the hotel. I had a good small breakfast there.

We have stayed in Warwick Hotel for 4 nights and had 4 days breakfast as part of the rooms reservation.
Breakfast was nice taking into consideration it was paid already. 4-5 people breakfast was around $90-100 total which is not outstanding in terms of value for money.
However, the best thing in the experience was the staff. The way we were welcomed and served is something we still remember from our trip to Seattle.

Only DENISE, the female server made it possible to give it a 5 star. Her service astonished me.
For the food, we ordered Margaux Burger, asked them to split it and they did. They even put it in a separate plate and that was pretty impressive.

This place presently (as of February 2023) has the best burger in town. They flame broil it, its juicy, and it comes with fries (a lot of places sell fries a la carte these days). This place flies under a lot of peoples' radar, but the food is consistently good.

The burger has a thick beef patty (can't tell if hand or pre-formed), juicy and creamy. All the ingredients (cheese, bacon, sauteed onions, brioche bun) come together to make your taste buds swoon! Best burger in Seattle! Definitely coming back for this one!❤️🤤

We stayed at the adjoining hotel so we had 3 meals here. Had fish and chips, which were delish, breakfast was toast, porridge and both were great, coffee was good and not bitter, could be a bit stronger. Spaghetti bolognese on the last night was very tasty. Didn't like the extra fees and taxes that restaurants are charging. Hope that ends - doubt it though.

Fantastic food. Love the clam chowder and the Margaux salad. Fish and chip were great. Happy hour is Happy too.

Happy hour is Happy....the food is fantastic even if it is limited. Chowder was great lots of clams. We love the happy hour drinks.

Was staying in the Warwick Hotel & decided to come down and check out the Happy Hour. Dave was a great bartender. Food was good, it’s a nice ambient spot for dinner if your staying at the hotel or just want to stop in check them out.

I had a great experience at Margaix for breakfast while staying at Warwick.
I wanted to try the Seattleite but instead settled for the American Breakfast.
My server was very nice.
