I had an unpleasant experience with a young blond worker this afternoon. After purchasing $60 worth of fuel and goods, then went to the Atm and asked if she could change a $20 into smaller notes. I received a response of “No I can’t open the till without a purchase” after mentioning that I had just spent over $60, still “No you have to purchase and it’s store policy “. The way this girl delivered her response was rude and condescending with zero customer service skills or care. I will not be returning but will add that the other staff I have encountered were very pleasant.

The female staff member today was so incompetent and rude. Despite her making 3 mistakes on the till and me having to point them out to her each time. She just kept saying "Ive been here since 5 this morning". As i had also started work at 5am that excuse didnt wash. This was like the Faulity Towers of customer service. When i told her i would never use their service again all she could muster was "WHATEVER". With so many people out of work surely that could employ someone with a desire to do a good job and no whinge to customets about their work

This particular petrol station out of the Caltex is that I have filter is surprisingly clean with friendly staff and non contaminated fuel nozzles. When I filled up on this particular day the windscreen washer bucket was full with fresh soapy water. From the outside the upkeep of the petrol station looked very clean and on the inside also look clean. I was greeted with a friendly hello which was very nice.
