Domino's Pizza

Worse experience with any restaurant I’ve ever had. We waited about 45 minutes for our delivery and didn’t see a status update. We were told it’d be 20 minutes. It’s been 2 1/2 hours pizza tracker status is delivered and we’ve gotten nothing. Front desk at the hotel confirmed no one from domino’s has come by. I will be disputing the charges and depending on other pizza chains in the future. Take your business somewhere more dependable especially for delivery.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I ordered my pizza online. Spending 15 minutes on their website to order. Right as I was pulling up to the store the manager called me and cancelled because they decided to close the store early. He lied to me and said that he was short staffed. He had 3 driver and him and a CSR working inside. They just wanted to go home early.

Not good barley any topping on it 😪 and when I tried to leave feedback on their website it stated that it was canceled, despite paying and picking up the order! Probably stealing the money including the donation to children hospital I made! It costed $20 for $25-$30 you can get decent local 🍕 pizza! Avoid this Dominos at least every one had mask on!

I only received half my order. I'm in a hotel and despite giving my room number, I was called down to get the incomplete order. The delivery driver didn't want to go back for it, was unapologetic, and told me that the store would credit me (which didn't happen), and when I tried to contact the store, I was on hold for almost an hour. I just want what I paid for.

If you are really hungry do not order from this store. We waited an hour and 45 minutes only to have the driver pull up in front of our house and then leave. The app showed he delivered the pizza but he did not. We had to call and the driver said he was going back out. It's been almost two hours and still no pizza.

Pretty good most of the time. Very disappointed every now and then for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they screw my order up and sometimes the pizza is wet with grease on the bottom. On several occaisions the crust is undercooked and doughy. I usually prefer to support local businesses. This time im not happy since this is the second time in as many days that i have placed my order. They took my money and then 10 min later when im heading out the door i get a call saying they cancelled my order because they have no drivers. I say to the guy, my order was carryout! Then he says the store is closed at 5:30. So dominos, go ahead and keep my points and delete my account since i dont think lll be ordering again.
