13 Coins - Seatac

13 Coins has been a great restaurant for decades. My dad took us to the old location by the old Seattle Times building in downtown Seattle during the 90s first. This location is great if you're waiting for a flight, you can even walk to the terminal. The food is great, huge portions. All day breakfast is a treat: Eggs Benedict, Sausage and Cheese Omelette, and their Monte Cristo! The atmosphere is retro, they could film a movie in there and pretend it is the 1950s. Also, sitting at the counter and watching the chefs cook is a treat! Landmark Seattle location!

Went out with my mom for lunch. We ordered pesto clams, which are always delicious. I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and the Pasta Verdura with Blackened Chicken added to it. Mom got a Prime Rib French Dip and a Bloody Mary. We both enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. I haven't been here in years but it still delivered. Our server was Ryan, he was patient and knowledgeable. He checked on us often and made sure we had water at all times. Clams are highly recommended if you've never had them.

Well, this is a delightful treasure to find! Clay took great care of us, and we sat at the bar so we could watch the chefs do their magic. I had the chicken and waffles, Kelly had the eggs, Florentine and Trevor🎵 had the spaghetti with meatballs. We all tasted each other’s food and marveled over. It’s deliciousness! Trevor🎵 and I also enjoyed the Kentucky calling adult beverage, which was magnificent! Definitely not a Utah pour! Also amazed that it’s open 24 hours a day! So it was a great first stop after leaving SeaTac for a week visit here.

Husband and I took my mom for breakfast. We all haven't been there for years and decided to go . We got seated right away it was around 11am on a Saturday, we were surprised. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict, my mom ordered the Italian Sausage and Cheese Omelet, and I ordered the Frittata. We all thought are dishes were good. We want to come back for dinner soon.

We had just gotten off a couple early morning flights, and we were pretty hungry. I saw 13 Coins was near SEA with good reviews, so we hopped over. Stepping in, it seemed like there was a dark, cinematic booth and bar seating area to the right and a more naturally lit dining area with bar to the left. We opted for the light. Our waitress, Felicity, was really sweet and kind. She knew the menu well and helped us navigate through the numerous options. We ended up ordering the Prime Rib Dip, Chicken Parm, and a French Toast kids meal with chocolate milk. Felicity was able to get us a complimentary snack dish and our son’s meal out first, which was great because he was getting a bit dramatic about his hunger pangs. He really liked the meal although the French toast was a tad too eggy (a chunk off the toast was basically scrambled eggs). The Chicken Parm was pretty plain. Definitely works best with a cherry tomato with each bite to add acidity to what ends up being full cheese. A little pepper helped too. The pasta was pretty buttery, so it was good in my book. I tried the Prime Rib Dip which I would say was probably the best meal of the trio. The beef was perfectly medium rare, sliced thin, with just enough fat for good flavor. The bread was toasted but the bottom bread was a bit too soggy. The horseradish was strong, and the au jus was perfect. The steak fries were on point also. Overall, a great experience.

The place is beautiful and elegant in the inside. Our server Felicity was amazing in explaining flavors and notes you get in every dish. She was so knowledgeable that alone was an experience in itself. We ordered the wagyu burger and the chicken fried steak with eggs. Everything was delicious and the temperature of the food was hot. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal or server. Definitely recommend eating here.

Visiting here from out of town and decided to stop in after work. Phenomenal. The atmosphere was incredible. My coworker and I sat at the kitchen top and it didn't disappoint! The chairs were beautiful and comfy high back leather swivel chairs. Easy to get in and out of. Our server- Bobbi Jo- absolutely incredible. She really made this experience for us. My coworker has food allergies and Bobbi Jo recommended some absolutely fabulous dishes. We had the steak bites and prawn cocktail as an appetizer. Both were AMAZING! I got the lavender martini which was also incredible. For dinner, I got the chicken Alfredo. It too, was amazing. Everything from the experience, to the food, to the decor and atmosphere- 10/10.
