Horrible location. Should have known better than go here, I usually go to Keyser Avenue-those people are GREAT ordered online, 2 subs, 2 salads. Daughter picked up, and at home we open the bag and find no lettuce in our salads, just meat & dressing!! WHAT ‽????? SO on the phone I go, ask what the he'll, and he says I ordered a protein bowl... WHAT??? My receipt says SALAD!!! Here's the kicker. No refund, but says COME BACK with the two bowls of meat and he'll put salad in the bowl!!! WHAT???? He could have refunded those 2 salads, or make 2 new salads that are ready when we get there after 10+ minute drive HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICe, DONT GO HERE

I ordered through DoorDash just today. My order was completely wrong. My sandwich was not on the bread I ordered and the cookies were also not the ones I ordered. If you were out of those items, my order should’ve been canceled and I should’ve been refunded! Other stores have done that before through DoorDash.

Came here twice and they literally put like 4 slices of meat on my footlong and 1 thin line of whatever sauce i asked for. I asked for peppers on my sandwich and both times they put like 5 peppers on it Yesterday the customer in front of me asked for italian dressing on the side, the guy making the sandwiches accidentally spilled some on the counter and swiped off the counter into the container 🤢🤮 I will never come back to this location again
