Placed an online order to pick up inside. When we arrived the parking lot and sidewalks had not been thoroughly cleared from the snow we received overnight. We walked in followed by a gentleman with 2 sandwiches in his hands, so we let him go ahead of us. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged he explained that he had received the wrong food at the drive thru, they has been expecting him and his food was ready and waiting for him.
After he had been taken care of we told the clerk that we were there for an online order and waited several minutes longer for our food. Another customer came in while we were waiting and left because they weren't helped. When we were given our food we we're told that the man who followed us in had actually gotten our food by mistake, but no apology. We decided to eat our food there, which was a good thing because my sandwich was wrong. I took it to the counter where I waited again to be acknowledged. They remade my sandwich again, correctly this time, but no apology and despite being fresh the sandwich was not hot.
I should add that the restaurant was empty, except for a table of 3 people, at least one of whom appeared to work there and was possibly a manager (see photo). I know there is a labor shortage, etc... but that is not an acceptable excuse for such terrible service.
Sadly we won't be back anytime soon.

This was my first time having Wendy's in over 3 years. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. The food was hot and delicious.
Cons, I asked for no ice but there was ice in my soda also I was surprised at how much the price had gone up over the years. Although, I'm aware that increased in pricing is everywhere and on just about everything.
Overall good. Would visit this location again in the future.

This Wendy’s has been one of the most consistent and well managed Wendy’s that I have been to. Our order was processed fast and the food was warm coming right out the window. The food was amazing and didn’t have any problems with it. Overall definitely one of the better fast food chains to hit up in that area

After a long wait due to a long line in the drive through the food was fresh & very good. The manager gave us both a free meal before asking if I had credit or cash, which I did have cash... Because the credit card machine had just went down. Was a nice end to a busy holiday season 💓💓💓

This is the most unprofessional Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing through the intercom as I placed an order the manager himself spoke to me and he was really rude. It’s outrageous the manager is speaking like that to someone placing an order. I spoke very politely to him I couldn’t believe I was met with that tone of voice. Yes, we all have long days at work but that was very sick. I placed a order for my little brother and the employees in the back laughed at me because I said I never ordered a frosty before. The manager wanted me to repeat what I said to make everyone laugh at me. I just kept saying” jr frosty vanilla” and he still kept asking me to repeat myself. I’ve never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant the name implies that the food would be fast which I was never met with. I was so furious and embarrassed in front of my family I drove off. I then returned inside to speak to a manager I was appalled it was the manager I spoke to in the intercom. He did not keep the same energy in the drive-thru he much calmer and friendlier. It seemed as if the employees ran the Wendy’s instead of the manager. A employee tried to speak to me and tried to tell the manager to step aside I insisted I talk to the manager. Another employee yelled we could hurry this up in 5 mins or 2mins she had no empathy for me. Just tried to rush me and the manager to move aside rudely instead of politely asking us to move over. In the end, the manager apologized and gave me a free frosty. The employees are really ghetto and still laughed in my face as I stayed there. This infuriated my sister which led to escalation. The same rude employee threatened to call police and follow me to my car. I’m deeply saddened. They need character development and de-escalation techniques improvised in their store!

The strawberry lemonade was basically water. I got a hot honey chicken sandwich combo. The fries were soggy and stale. The girl never gave me a receipt no offered it. I paid $13 for a combo that I couldn't eat.

If you don't want bacon, or need anything special, this is not your restaurant. Drive-thru: Ordered doubles meals, for 2 people, withOUT bacon. Simple, right? They read it back right. 1st attempt BOTH doubles had bacon. 2d attempt, both were SINGLE patties, bun, & PLAIN. I sent it ALL back, got a refund, and went next door to Chipotle where requests were PLEASANTLY honored.

Pulled up to the speaker to order and they said hold on. Waited twenty minutes just to give them our order (not including waiting in line). He asked us to repeat our order again. Guy was high af and said they don’t have “strawberry lemonade or anything like that” even though it’s listed on the menu. Honestly don’t care if someone is high as long as they can still do their job and aren’t a public servant. Forgot our drinks and frosty. We couldn’t pull back around because the line was so long. Didn’t give us our receipt despite us asking for it.
