Wendy's

Went through the drive thru. Our order was taken promptly and we drove right up, no cars in front of us. One would think from there service would be speedy but that wasn't the case. Waited several minutes for the window to open and pay for food. I was then handed drinks which I didn't order. On the second try I was given what looked like sprite, which again didn't order and it was taken back with no explanation. On the 3rd try I was given the correct drink. When I was given the food it was missing an item, had to flag worker who closed window as I was trying to tell him I was missing something. When I was acknowledged he actually acted like I was lying and asked me twice if I was serious. This is not the first time I've had poor service here and missing items when going through the drive thru. After this last experience we will definitely not return.

Pulled up to the drive through with no one ahead of me and was told to wait. Then a very rude person with an attitude came on after several minutes with cars piling up behind me. I drove up to pay and my receipt was given to me like I offended them somehow by just placing an order. At the second window I was also treated poorly. Will only go to this Wendys again if Im desperately hungry. I think 2 stars is generous.

Ordered a combo, opened up the bag and did not get any fries. Sat in the window for what seemed forever whilst the kid in the window tried to ignore me. But finally he asked wht was wrong. another girl started yelling at me that I didn't order fries. I said a combo comes with fries. She continued to be rude and... eventually came back, slamming the window open to give me my cold nasty fries. Still says I didn't order them. And got sick from the food. Dont go there, ever!

Terrible!!! Wendy's the inside is ALWAYS!!!!! Close & I have never waited less than 20mins to pick up a order that was ordered online ahead of time & was the only car there in the drive threw. I would starve b4 I ate here only go when working with doordash & the tip HAS!!! to be well worth my time. I wish I could report this store & it's employees to who ever owns this Wendy's.
